We ship all orders from our warehouse in Bangalore within 4-6 days . Shipping charges extra as applicable

We will start the refund procedure after confirming the returned or canceled item, and it should take 10 working days to finish.
Return And Exchange
Our products are 100% handmade; embroidered, cut & sewn by hand, one piece at a time. There will be natural blemishes which are not product flaws but inherent part of the manufacturing process. Replacement only if any damage in transit or manufacturing defect. To request a replacement, please send an email to Sales@theneedlecrafter.com with the order no and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a reverse pick-up and upon receiving the same will send you a replacement.
